What is GCSConnect?
Sales Talent Agency (STA) and Palette have collaborated to create GCSConnect, a stand-alone opportunity within the Great Canadian Sales Competition (GCSC). The GCSC is an annual program run by STA that is designed to bring together leading Canadian firms with college and university graduates. Palette is a national nonprofit focused on helping fast-growing companies find the talent they need by tapping into new sources of talent.
This partnership will extend GCSC to Canadian tech firms. Specifically, STA and Palette agree to support Canadian high-potential tech companies to acquire qualified early-career (college and university graduate) sales talent through participation in GCSConnect, an adjunct to the Great Canadian Sales Competition (GCSC).
